Condensation or a real leak?
Drips on cold, dry days usually mean condensation, as warm room air meets cold glass and runs off the frame. Drips during rain, or hours after it, mean a leak. Different problem, different call.
We inspect either way at the free estimate, and recommend a full roof inspection when the source of the water is unclear.
