Flat and low-slope roofs, from co-ops to warehouses
- TPO
- EPDM
- Modified bitumen
Our crews work on apartment buildings, co-ops, condominiums, mixed-use buildings, warehouses and retail, plus some single-family homes. Commercial and multi-family roofs are the specialty of the company you would be joining.
The systems are TPO, EPDM and modified bitumen. Crews rotate through tear-off, installation and replacement, flashing work, leak repair, and inspection and maintenance. Between that rotation and commercial roofing work that keeps crews busy through winter, the schedule holds year-round. Nobody waits for spring.
Four steps up, learned on the roof
You learn the trade on the job, beside working roofers.
-
Helper
Material handling, tear-off, and how a roof builds up from the deck.
-
Apprentice
Membrane basics, starting with the TPO seams an apprentice learns to weld.
-
Roofer
EPDM and modified bitumen details, and flashing at walls, curbs and drains.
-
Crew leader or foreman
Planning the day, running the crew, signing off the work.
Safety first, and what we ask in return
Roof work happens at height, so the rules run both ways.
Our sideWhat we provide
- Fall protection and safety gear on every roof
- Training before anyone works at height
- Steady scheduling, with the week planned ahead
Your sideWhat we expect
- Showing up on time, ready when the crew starts
- Teamwork, since lifts and tear-offs take the whole crew
- Craftsmanship you would sign your name to, held to the finished work in our project gallery
